This beginner-friendly embroidery event will focus on embellishment embroidery. Participants will embroider texture over fabric, and will learn 4 classic embroidery stitches in the process. Participants will select from 2 designs: Spring Bird or Jam Jars.
Class will begin with a tutorial of the basics of embroidery, a demo of the beginning stitches, and then time to stitch. The project will not be fully completed within the class time, but participants will be sent home with all knowledge and materials to finish the embroidery at home.

Fee is $40/person, includes all necessary materials and supplies (hoop, fabric, needles, embroidery thread, an instructional reference sheet with several types of embroidery stitches). A light snack and beverage will be provided.
