Saturday, April 4th @ 10-11:30am
Location: O’Kelly Chapel (Parking at the garden center)
Join us at O’Kelly Chapel for an informative introduction to the Yogastha Sadhana method.
This user-friendly, workshop-style class includes a breakdown of sun salutations and other standing postures to warm up and stretch the body’s limbs before transitioning to seated poses. Your instructor, Aaron Cassada, will guide the class through poses by cueing each breath, suggesting safe modifications, and offering plenty of breaks along the way. After some closing postures to round off the practice, a guided meditation will be offered through savasana.
Students are invited to visit O’Kelly Chapel afterward for shopping, light snacks and beverages available for purchase.
Please bring your own yoga mat and any props (blocks, straps, blankets) necessary for your practice. This class will be held outdoors in an uncovered area.
Fee: $25: Fee includes yoga instruction and a small gift from For Garden’s Sake.
Space is limited. Please register in advance!
