Come join us in the open field alongside the pond for a 60 minute vinyasa flow to yin practice for ALL LEVELS and first timers. We will gather as a community in a yoga practice that will focus on flowing with our breath as we move our bodies and connect with nature, being guided with all o four senses. No experience necessary, just an open mind:) We will plant seeds for our growth on and off our mats. You will also receive a small gift at this event!
Bring a friend! Gift someone special who loves yoga and/or plants. Stay for hot tea following the practice. Wander the grounds of the garden center’s indoor and outdoor plants, shrubs and trees for your own home or inspiration. Also, take a look at their potting shed and visit with the goats and ducks on the property.
Bring your own yoga mat and/or towel, water bottle, and whatever you may need for your practice. Sunscreen, if needed, as we will be in open field under the sun.
Tentative rain date will be April 19, if needed. If there is a rain date, and you are unable to make it, you will be reimbursed.
