We only purchase high quality locally sourced plants and products. We do not anticipate a need for you to return your purchase. However, in case the need arises, please see our return and guarantee policies below.
We will grant a one-time credit of the purchase price for any tree, shrub, or evergreen that dies within our guarantee period (see below). We ask you to provide the receipt of your purchase. Your credit can be used on any item available in our Garden Center.
Plants excluded from this guarantee include death or damage of plants caused by improper care (including improper watering, light or chemical use), vehicles, animals, or inclement weather such as excessive rains, drought, tornado, or other natural disasters. Also, plants sold at a discount greater than 10% are not eligible for return/warranty. Shrubs and/or trees planted in containers instead of in the ground are excluded from this guarantee.

Roses, Perennials, & Groundcovers: From the date of purchase until November 1 of the purchase year.
Annual Flowers, Vegetables, Seeds, Hanging Baskets, Houseplants, Tropicals & Potted Planters: We do not guarantee these items. All of these items are highly dependent upon proper care in the growing season, and there are many factors that contribute to their success. Those factors are outside of our control once these items leave the Garden Center. If you notice your plants not doing well, please contact us immediately for advice on how to properly care for your plant(s).
Return Policy: Garden Center Merchandise (pottery, hardgoods, gifts, etc.) can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Plant material can be refunded if it is returned within 7 days of purchase and in excellent condition. A receipt is required for all returns. All sales are final on seasonal merchandise, special orders, and clearance items.
