Presenter: Darlene Genander, owner of Yoga in Nature™

She has always loved being outdoors from the time she was little when she played in the woods and helped her mom in the gardens. Why not combine both things she loved? Yoga heals the soul and nature heals the soul. Yoga in Nature was launched 4 years ago (Earth Day 2019), prior to the pandemic, with classes/events/retreats offered in nature across the Triangle and beyond (international yoga retreats).
