Join us for an informative session on winter houseplant care! The class will address any necessary environmental and cultural adaptations to keep your houseplants happy and healthy until the spring growing season. Don’t miss this opportunity to help your plants survive the harsh changes that come with indoor gardening in winter.
Fee is $15/person, includes a watering tool.

Tree care is important for a healthy tree. An unhealthy or stresses tree is more susceptible to pests and diseases. Promoting the health of your trees is likely to mitigate some of the risks to your property. Tim Wright will discuss some techniques and tools for tree care.

Calling all moms and kids – Join us for a fun-filled day at the Garden Center to celebrate the launch of a new children’s book by a local author! During the story time, multiple different yoga poses will also be incorporated to follow along with the book so don’t forget your mat or a towel.
The Mac House food truck will be here from 11am-3pm, so grab a bite to eat before or after the event.
Tricky Faces Face Painting will also be here from 1pm-4pm, don’t miss out on this fun opportunity to get creative and transform yourself into something magical!

Sooo your houseplants are doing well and you are ready to take your new hobby (or obsession) to the next level?! This class will review HHH I, target specific environmental and cultural concerns, then open the class up for discussion of progress, improvements, and the challenges that have you scratching your head!
Be sure to bring your questions and concerns, and be willing to share tips and habits that you have found to be helpful.
If you want to address a specific problem, you can bring a photograph or a leaf specimen, sealed in a clear ziplock bag.
Fee is $15; includes a plant care journal.
